Cobrasi Network service agreement. Spanish Portuguese
By this private instrument, this contract portrays Cobrasi NetWork's service provision agreement in force in other countries by our legal representatives.
1) It is the object of this contract, the rendering of services, by Cobrasi Network to the Client, for the elaboration and graphic configurations (web design) of internet pages in the domain in your chosen domain or in a subdomain of our extensions via the web.
2) For the provision of the service, the Client will pay Cobrasi NetWork the amount of the package described on our website in its local currency or in the international currency in US dollars. For the following services. The Values will be updated in dollars weekly and converted into the local currency of each country.

These plans above are configuration plans where the first fast cloud plan will be charged a configuration fee, the other plans do not have a configuration fee.
By purchasing these plans, the Customer agrees that the amounts refer to the payment for hosting the Sitepad platform installed on the data center hosting server specified in each plan. Our WebDesigners Configure a Theme in the language chosen by the client. Each plan entitles you to configuration in only 1 language.
Our team will create a forecast based on the information the customer described on our form when registering on a form sent to your email or on tickets in your account. To do so, just log on to the customers.cobrasi.com.br website and click on login. In the upper horizontal menu you will find Frequent Questions or Knowledge Base according to the chosen language.
Note: These plans do not give you the right to build a website, we just prepare the environment so that the Customer himself through the control panel he adds the history and content of his new website following the Tutorial prepared by our team. What we describe is just a preview so that the customer can start the original content.
Return of values
If the customer regrets or for any other reason he was not satisfied with our service, the following possibility of refunding part of the amount paid follows.
Cause for 100% full refund
For the 100% return amount paid, it can happen if Cobrasi Network does not start the service or does not deliver the facilities within a maximum period of 25 days.
Return of part of the amount:
All of our work is done by experienced professionals and Cobrasi Network as freelancers or permanent employees. Therefore, the cost of our service varies from hosting package to server installations and contract in Data Centers.
After starting the service and if we are complying with the terms of the contract and if there is a customer withdrawal, you will have a $ 95.90 cancellation fee to cover the cost of costs to our Cobrasi Network. The amount will be converted to local currency.
To receive the remaining amount, a customer opening a Ticket by logging into their account and choosing the financial department and explaining the reason for the withdrawal. The amount will be returned within a maximum period of 5 days. The refund will be returned in the same currency as the purchase and in the same way as it was paid, whether refunded by Paypal, credit card, deposit, etc.
The minimum return request period will be before the product delivery period in 15 days. As of this date, the customer will not have the amount returned.
Anyway, the term above is for any plan purchased on our website.
Therefore, by accepting the term of this contract when the customer clicks that he agrees with the terms, it means that he has honestly read and agrees with everything described in this document. In the case when the customer does not read and yet he agrees, this indicates that the customer is aware that every company has a contract for security reasons for both sides and he accepts even if he has not read putting all his trust in the local law knowing that every company has its costs.

b) Adjustments, such as removal, complement, inclusion and reconfigurations, after the original edition.
c) Up load (transfer) of the approved pages, to the Client's hosting server.
5) The follow-up visits for the solution of problems that require displacement of the Cobrasi Network or any development activity that becomes extraordinary, will be measured by the value of the technical hour stipulated in R $ ........... ( ........... real).
